THE DEATH OF BUNNY MUNRO
An unusual post for a blog that speaks of music, but thinking so much even well of us. Dear faithful friends, want to speak to you of a book that I have recently read, one of the so many that I have read recently because I admit I am fortunate trip every morning in train and practically I find me to devour books in the turn of few days. However returning to the book, it deals with a novel, a great novel I add, written by a great singer. Nick Cave it is not satisfied with limestone the stages rock middle world from almost thirty years, but it also has her/it to us "fixed" for the writing. And that writing. His/her last novel "The death of Bunny Munro" edit from Feltrinelli it is the history of Mr Munro, committed traveller, sexual maniac pseudo especially fixed for the vaginas for that of Avril Lavigne (to end I hover among the various thanks Cave turns his excuses for Lavigne!), what it is found to face his last trip to the search of a soul with a nine year-old child terribly intelligent Bunny Junior, strange and only as his father. All this obviously after the suicide of Libby, the wife of Bunny. All this obviously after the suicide of Libby, the wife of Bunny. With a style for some verses and for certain thematic of Bukowski, the book traces the image of the contemporary man, to the search of himself, to the search of a relationship with a child that knows to be alone to this world and with a father that is about to die, a man that before going forever away from this ugly world made of ghosts, given by to forget and insane, it has need to be forgiven.
