Emergent Music Contest 2010: the first musical talent of web. A new trend?

An unusual showcase for the one who tries to break down in the musical Eldorado: time is it is on line. It deals with the first musical talent of the web, the Emergent Music Contest 2010: in competition over one hundred songs, published and unpublished, coming from the most variegated musical sons-in-law, from the pop one to the rock from the punk to the rap. Protagonists the singers and the emergent bands Italian that a real / virtual stage they look for making to be known. The contest is on line up to February 2nd 2010 on the blog Mondoreality http://www.mondoreality.com/.

Three the phases in which it will articulate the contest: in the first one the challenge will daily concern about ten songs voted by the readers of the blog; in the second the ball will pass to a jury of quality formed from experienced of the sector (among which the journalist as well as president of jury of SanremoLab Paolo Giordano) to which the burden will be up to designate the five singers finalists to assign then the prize of the criticism; in the third phase finally the songs will be proposed in radio and you vote on the same blog. On February 2 will be proclaimed the winner. And if it were the sign of a trend? And if the realities also moved finally him on other means of communication and they left the tv to new and unpublished solutions?

Una vetrina insolita per chi cerca di sfondare nell’eldorado musicale: sta volta è on line. Si tratta del primo talent musicale del web, l’Emergent Music Contest 2010: in gara oltre cento canzoni, edite ed inedite, provenienti dai più variegati generi musicali, dal pop al rock dal punk al rap. Protagonisti i cantanti e le band emergenti italiani che cercano un palco reale/virtuale per farsi conoscere. Il contest è on line fino al 2 febbraio 2010 sul blog Mondoreality


Tre le fasi in cui si articolerà il contest: nella prima la sfida riguarderà giornalmente una decina di canzoni votate dai lettori del blog; nella seconda la palla passerà ad una giuria di qualità formata da esperti del settore (tra i quali il giornalista nonché presidente di giuria di SanremoLab Paolo Giordano) a cui spetterà l’onere di designare i cinque cantanti finalisti per assegnare poi il premio della critica; nella terza fase infine le canzoni verranno proposte in radio e votate sul medesimo blog. Il 2 febbraio verrà proclamato il vincitore. E se fosse il segno di uno trend? E se i reality si spostassero finalmente anche su altri mezzi di comunicazione e lasciassero la tv generalista a nuove ed inedite soluzioni?

And As every year its fans (those true, not impromptu) have challenged the less twelve degrees to find to Memphis and to celebrate the birthday of the great one in the mythical Graceland. Almost two thousand people have cut a cake and sung together some successes of Presley. Elsewhere it has been made also free to the birth of the king of the born rock January 8 th 1935 to Tupelo (Mississippi) and corpse in the '77 to Gracelend to the 42 year-old age. To Tupelo in fact for the recurrence a concert has been organized with the share of different imitators of the singer. Hi King! The best way to remember is you to continue to listen to you.

Un blog che parla di musica, live soprattutto, di palchi ancora da calcare e di quelli che non verranno mai calcati, di artisti emergenti, e di artisti che emergenti lo saranno per tutta la vita…bè un blog come questo non può spendere due parole per quelle che sono state vere e proprie icone della musica intesa come Arte a livello mondiale e che forse non torneranno mai più.

Quindi questo post è dedicato al RE, The King, il Re del Rock per eccellenza, Elvis Presley. Ieri The King avrebbe compiuto 75 anni. E Come ogni anno i suoi fans (quelli veri, non improvvisati) hanno sfidato i meno dodici gradi per ritrovarsi a Memphis e celebrare il compleanno del grande nella mitica Graceland.

Quasi duemila persone hanno tagliato una torta e cantato insieme alcuni successi di Presley.
Anche altrove è stato reso omaggio alla nascita del re del rock nato l’8 gennaio 1935 a Tupelo (Mississippi)e morto nel ’77 a Gracelend all’età di 42 anni. L'Italia che fa notizia senza fare scandalo...

Per fortuna, è proprio il caso di dirlo, esistono personaggi italiani che riescono a fare “notizia” al di fuori dei confini nazionali senza scandali alcuni. L’Italia fortunatamente-lo sottolineo-non è solo pizza, mandolino e mafia e perché no figuracce del premier Berlusconi ma è anche terra fucina di talenti vecchi e nuovi. A proposito di vecchi (si fa per dire) talenti, la cantantessa nostrana per eccellenza, l’amata Carmen Consoli si esibisce oggi e domani in due date americane made in New York registrando un doppio sold out. Non solo, come riporta un’agenzia di ieri AGI, la musa catanese si è conquistata una presentazione riservata a pochissimi eletti sul “The New Yorker” che scrive di lei “ha una voce bellissima e canzoni appassionate che non hanno bisogno di traduzione". Oggi la Consoli si esibirà nell’ambito dell’APAP, il più importante festival dedicato ai promoter americani, mentre domani 9 gennaio sarà a Le Poisson Rouge per calcare un altro prestigioso palco, quello del Winter Jazz Festival di New York. Infine per i fan italiani in astinenza (!) per colmare la distanza temporale che ci separa dall’inizio del doppio tour italiano – elettrico e acustico- che partirà a Roma il 2 e 3 febbraio, da domani entra nella rotazione musicale delle radio italiane il pezzo “Mandaci una cartolina” , nuovo singolo estratto dall’ultimo nato in casa Consoli, l’album “Elettra”.

DISCORSO DI INIZIO ANNO!!!!

Discorso di inizio anno
Cari amici miei, cari lettori, cari visitatori, cari Tutti…innanzitutto buon anno nuovo. Con questo messaggio auguro a tutti voi i miei più sentiti auguri con la speranza che questo 2010 sia davvero l’anno della svolta per tutti, che sia l’anno di una nuova casa, di un nuovo lavoro, di un nuovo amore, di una convivenza, di nuove e sincere amicizie, soprattutto che sia un anno senza troppi casini e senza ipocrisie. Questo dal punto di vista umano…da quello musicale, che dire? La musica ha segnato la mia fine dell’anno, ho ballato tutta la notte e spero di replicare presto, grazie a chi ha organizzato uno dei più bei Festakkioni degli ultimi tempi, grazie alla compagnia senza eguali e grazie a Bari e ai baresi (sempre nel cuore). Auguro a tutti voi di poter vivere un 2010 pieno di buona musica, dal VIVO, non come certi programmi organizzati per le piazze italiane la notte del 31, e pieno di palchi nuovi e vecchi, di gruppi più nuovi che vecchi, più emergenti che affermati…
Mi sa che ho esaurito le parole, ne ho spese troppe nel 2009…il tempo di carburare e torno di nuovo logorroica.
